Our Mission at Allen Babcock Rescue

Our mission is to educate the public about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering our pets. Four million cats and dogs—about one every eight seconds—are put down in U.S. shelters each year. Often these animals are the offspring of cherished family pets. Spay/neuter is a proven way to reduce pet overpopulation, ensuring that every pet has a family to love them.

We strive to help as many needy animals as we can with the lmited resources we have. We focus mainly on the sick, injured, abused, and what some people might consider to be "unadoptable" animals, who are at most risk of being euthanized (killed) at our local animal shelters.
